Eikichi Onizuka is a third level university graduates and motorcycle gang leader. Onizuka had dreams of becoming a teacher since the first place. Perhaps it is the greatest dream of his life. When Onizuka applying to be a teacher at a high school, Onizuka was initially met with resistance because of his life is messed up. But a director at the school is willing to employ as a teacher. The director is the person who first called Onizuka's name as "Onizuka Sensei".
Onizuka Sensei placed in grade 2-4 who were in the classroom full of students is brutal. Onizuka Sensei have difficulty in teaching them. But Onizuka has a different way of teaching with other teachers, some of the brutal student can he controlled and became good friends among the teachers and students. Rest, still very dangerous. Besides students, there are some teachers who hates Onizuka Sensei and try to make it in fired from the school.
